Please take special care when filling in your information for each event. We ask that you register for as many separate events as you like, but only one shift for each.

If you wish to sign up someone other than yourself: Please be prepared to provide the full name, phone number, email address, as well as actual birth month and day (and age if under 18) for every additional individual. Failure to do this, will result in a null and void registration.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address of each registered individual.

We ask that you please use capital initial letters for all names and other words where appropriate.

Please only register for events for which you are sure you can honor the commitment. The families we serve are dependent upon you. If you must cancel your registration, please do so no later than one week prior to your activity so that we may insure we have the necessary number of volunteers. Call the Glide Volunteer/Resource Program Office at 415-674-6080.
