TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT SERVICES (TAES)
Real opportunities to get a living wage job. Today's job market is especially challenging for the thousands of poor and homeless individuals in the Bay Area.
Glide's Training and Employment Services (TAES) program reaches out to the unemployed and under-trained with courses involving GED Preparation, pre-apprenticeship construction, and High School curriculum for adults ages 17 to 24 years old. Glide provides job skills training, case management, interview skills, certification programs, leadership skills training, and assistance with job placement.
Time and again, program graduates have proven that the only thing separating the homeless from the self-sufficient is the right set of tools.
