Required Information for all Stock Donations
To transfer stock to GLIDE, you must provide the following information for audit and acknowledgment purposes:
- Your name and address
- Name and number of securities transferred
- Specific GLIDE programs to which gift should be directed (if applicable)
Electronic Transfers
If you are transferring the stocks electronically, your broker will need the following information:
- Depository Trust Company: The Northern Trust Company
- Account Number: 23-96515
- Participant Number: 2669
- Name of the Account: GLIDE FDN - STOCK RECEIPT
Please notify GLIDE's Development Office at development@glide.org or 415.674.6070 once you have made a transfer.
Fax, Mail or Email Stock Transfers
If you are delivering stock by mail, please send your unendorsed certificate(s) and stock power in separate envelopes.
