Want to learn more about how to care for people with serious illness or in need of end of life care?

Glide Memorial Church created a Community Health Network with the MERI center.  Together we are hosting a series of trainings to support care at Glide.  These trainings will help individuals identify folk who who may be in need of support, guidance about language for conversations and connections to groups that can provide on-going follow up and support.
