This week are weaving together themes from Pride Month and Juneteenth.

Sister of Perpetual Indulgence, Sister Anya Streets (they/them-she/her) aka Felanie Castro from GLIDE’s Harm Reduction Program will deliver our Pride Drag Queen Story Hour moment.

Performers Chibueze Crouch and Gabriele Christian, known as OysterKnife will bless us with word, song and movement with their unique blend of black and queer performance, ritual theater, experience and vernaculars.

Minister Marvin K. White will continue to center queer theopoetics, prayer and wisdoms for Pride Month.  The Change Band will delight us with song and the Glide Ensemble will be singing songs that inspire.

The Glide Pride Team will have a Fundraiser Cake Action at both Celebrations.  Bring your checkbook, cash or credit cards and go home with an amazing cake, donated by Genie Mosey of Sweet Relish Catering.  If you are interested in donating, you can support our Pride events here.
