Vaccine clinic has all vaccines available. (COVID-Moderna and Pfizer, Flu, MPOX, and Paxlovid(Test2Treat))
Clinic begins Thursdays 12pm-4pm in the new Hub 2nd container.
- Registration is available both on site Thursdays in Hub from 12pm-3:30pm or anytime online at CDPH-My Turn https://myturn.ca.gov/. COVID vaccine is available for ages 12+ no ID required but helps to fill in information. Parental Consent needed for ages 12-17. Vaccine clinic offers Pfizer, Moderna, Flu, MPOX and Paxlovid(Test to Treat).
List of eligilibity requirements, if applicable:
COVID-19: Everyone ages 6 months and older should receive an updated COVID-19 vaccine. Children ages 6mos-4yrs should complete a multi-dose initial series that includes at least 1 dose of the updated vaccine.
NOTE: People who are immunocompromised are up to date if they have received a 3-dose initial series that includes at least 1 updated dose and can stay up to date with 1 or more additional updated doses.
*People who have received any COVID-19 vaccine in the past only need 1 dose of updated Novavax vaccine.

FLU: Everyone 6 months and older, with rare exceptions, should get an influenza (flu) vaccine every season. People who should not get the flu vaccine include children younger than 6 months and people with severe, life-threatening allergies to flu vaccine or any ingredient(s) in the vaccine.
Talk with your health care provider to help determine whether vaccination is appropriate for you.
MPOX: Any person who may be at risk for Mpox infection or would like to get vaccinated may receive the mpox vaccine. People who are at higher risk for mpox or its health complications are strongly encouraged to get vaccinated to decrease the spread of mpox and reduce the chance of serious illness or death. Get the vaccine if you:
· Are a gay, bisexual, or other same-gender loving man who has sex with men or are transgender, gender non-binary, or gender-diverse.
· Have had sexual or intimate contact with someone who may have mpox. Get vaccinated as soon as possible after exposure, regardless of your sexual or gender identity.
AND if you, in the last 6 months, have had or expect to have:
· One or more sexually transmitted infections
· A weakened immune system because of another illness, like HIV
· Sexual or intimate contact with a person who is at risk of mpox
· Anonymous sexual or intimate contact, or more than one sexual partner
Paxlovid (test to treat): COVID-19 medications are recommended for most adults and some teens. Everyone 12 years and older who has symptoms and tests positive for COVID-19 should seek evaluation for COVID-19 medication. A doctor will help decide which medication, if any, is right for you.
You may be able to get COVID-19 medications if:
- You are 50 years old or older –OR–
- You are unvaccinated or not up-to-date with COVID-19 vaccinations –OR–
- You have a health condition or other factors that increase risk. These include obesity, asthma, diabetes, lack of physical activity, smoking, mental health conditions such as depression, being of a racial/ethnic minority, and more.
- Any outside resources who provide similar services for clients, if available.

For Testing: LAMP(nasal swab) testing has stopped at Glide and all SF testing locations. Glide has home test kits available for staff and community (2 pp) until 2/24/2024 in the WIC. Other locations to get Rapid and PCR testing include; Walgreens, CVS, or Medical Practitioner.
